ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a rapidly growing company, that operates in the sector of Hospitality, is in search of an Executive Assistant to join the company’s office in Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities:
The successfully evaluated candidate will primarily support the CEO, providing personalized support in a well-organized and timely manner, acting as the first point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners, filtering and prioritizing client visits or phone calls and managing the schedules.
More specifically he/she will:
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Answer phones and route calls to the correct person or take messages
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements
- Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow-up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies
- Greet and check-in clients and other guests for meetings and events
- Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors
- Conduct and handle ad-hoc research and projects
- Organize corporate events
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant to a C Suite Executive/CEO/Managing Director
- Fluent in English & Greek is mandatory
- Spanish would be consider as a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Driving License
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very strong work ethic and confidentiality
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
- Ownership, seriousness and tactfulness
- Team player and analytical thinking
