Η ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of the largest multinational industrial companies in Greece, with the vision to lead the transition to sustainable construction, is seeking an Energy Efficiency Project Manager.

📌 Location: North Suburbs, Athens

🖋️ Reporting to: Energy Manager

 

 We are looking for an experienced professional who likes to make an impact whilst building a career in the Industrial Energy Sector, a career with diverse and challenging assignments in a continuously evolving sector such as energy efficiency, to seek effective energy solutions and adopt state of the art technologies committed in the road path of net zero emissions future.

💼 Responsibilities:

  • Processing confirmations, invoices, payments under Energy scope activity.
  • Ensuring accurate transaction information.
  • Maintaining records and documentation related to power activities, including contracts and compliance records.
  • Accurate and timely processing of the “order-to cash” cycle of all transactions (EPC Contractors, Power Suppliers etc.)
  • Energy Market trends monitoring.
  • Ensuring timely and correct entries within internal monitoring and reporting processes and collaboration with Plants and Facilities for day-to-day issues related to Energy.
  • Handles contracts and makes sure payments are processed on a timely basis.
  • Gathers data to prepare provisional reports on costs, revenues, and other KPIs for the division, including P’n’L reports.
  • Calculates and cross-verifies settlements with counterparties (i.e.: Power Suppliers) and coordinates invoicing with the accounting department. Perform reconciliations between invoiced and expected amounts.  
  • Support in the development of improvement recommendations on transactions monitoring processes, reporting tools and methodologies.

Requirements

👥 Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree either in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Finance studies.
  • Proven experience of 2-5 years on energy regulatory issues and relevant legislation (from Energy Producer/Consumer/Aggregator/Supplier perspective) and previous working experience in a multi-national environment will be highly considered.
  • Experience in Energy scenarios modelling – statistical data handling is a plus.
  • Cross-disciplinary perceptive power characteristics with bit of entrepreneurship and strong Project Management experience.

 

🤝 Skills:

  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, ability to reporting. AutoCAD knowledge in case of Engineering profile.
  • Ability to structure and solve complex problems with analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams (Production Plants – Procurement - External Stakeholders) and create inclusive environment with people at all levels within our organization, along with capability to drive an independent piece of work in the context of a wider team.
  • Ability to adapt, curiosity, creativity, eagerness to learn and passion for new challenges.
  • Confidence, positive attitude, and commitment in providing excellent quality work.
