ΜanpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of BBI Hellas, a subsidiary of the renowned French construction company Bouygues Bâtiment International, is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Quantity Surveyor and Mechanical Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the transformative development of the Elliniko area, one of the most ambitious and largest urban regeneration initiatives in Europe.

✔️ Reports to: Electrical and Mechanical Manager
Responsibilities:
- Involved in quantity surveying for electricals / mechanicals works.
- Formulating BOQ with reference to drawings, relevant IS codes in practice, site condition to avoid future claims & extra items.
- Raising bill / finalizing vendor invoice in comparison of drawing, site condition, BOQ, contract, IS codes (IS 1200), RFI, daily progress report.
- Rate analysis for extra items, Identification of extra items, report to production manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Electricity or MEP works / Bachelor in Mechanical fields or MEP works.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
- Knowledge of French will be considered as a plus.
- Previous experience (at least 5 years) as quantity surveyor or supervisor or works manager.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all the stakeholders.
- Must be able to work on-site in Ellinikon Athens, Greece.
