ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client a company that offers comprehensive transport solutions, is seeking an Electrical Assembly Manager for the company’s projects based in Volos.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Production Shift Manager
Responsibilities:
- Parts listing ,create a comprehensive list of all parts to be mounted, including hardware.
- Parts control, Categorize and code parts by position, vehicle, and UT, identifying parts for replacement.
- Provide engineering data, supply information for material coding and listing (quantities, specifications, DIN, treatments) or obtain samples if data is unavailable.
- Document review, review and improve Wiring Instructions, Connecting Instructions, and Control Sheets for use as an installation manual.
- Modification management, communicate electrical modifications with Engineering and validate electrical OMF.
- Define tools and consumables, collaborate with Industrialization to specify tools and consumables required for each operation.
- Assembly team management, assign tasks to technicians, manage shifts, and ensure timely and high-quality task completion.
- Team Management, oversee a team of 5 to 10 technicians, assigning tasks, managing shifts, and ensuring effective collaboration and task completion.
- Wiring oversight, supervise disassembly, installation, and connections of wiring in underframe, saloon, cabin, and roof.
- EHS compliance, monitor safety regulations, enforce PPE use, and manage risks in the work area.
- Quality collaboration, address Non-Conformities (NCRs), record modifications, and maintain order and cleanliness.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum two years' experience in an electrical industrial manufacturing plant, as a manufacturing or shift manager, in direct manufacturing activities.
- Fluency in English language.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
