(Athens)
Job Description
•    Transport the Ambassador and other Embassy staff safely and efficiently
•    Maintain the vehicles, handling vehicle-related matters such as service, insurance, fuel cards and administrative matters at sales/purchases of vehicles
•    Handle various errands (purchases of consumables, office supplies, authorities, bank, etc.)
•    Administrative support (update contact lists, manage mail incl. DHL, office support, etc.)
•    Fire protection officer (emergency exits, fire drills), responsible for first aid equipment
Candidate’s Profile 
•    Minimum High School Degree
•    5 years of work experience, preferably in a similar role. Experience in embassies, ministries, international organizations is a distinct advantage
•    Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
•    Extensive knowledge of Athens’ streets and routes & proficiency in navigating without GPS
•    Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance
•    Multitasking skills and ability to handle emergency situations
•    Basic first aid knowledge and training is a plus
•    Fluency in English and Greek
•    IT skills (MS-Office)
•    Communication, organizational and networking skills, flexibility
•    Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality
