a pioneer in the aquaculture industry, is looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Officer

🖋️You will be reporting to: Area Manager
What you will do:
The Customer Service & Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing imports and exports, taking orders, and providing customer service
More specifically:
- Follow-up of incoming shipments with the customs broker to ensure a smooth importation process of goods
- Quotation to customers, order receipt, creation, processing, invoicing, and communication of customer orders to 3PL service providers
- In contact with authorities, customs broker, and transportation companies to complete the procedures for the issuance of the documentation required for exporting products
- Shipments scheduling, follow-up, and communication with the customers to ensure excellent customer service
- Transportation companies’ selection to ensure optimum transit time and transportation cost
- Monthly forecast data entry in the forecast Tool
- Close monitoring and follow-up of accounts receivables
- Sales support
Requirements
- At least 3-years of experience in customer service, supply chain, and/or Logistics
- BSc in Business Administration, Supply chain or Logistics
- Knowledge of custom clearance procedures for exporting goods to third countries
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Very good Knowledge of French will be considered as an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in SAP will be considered an asset
- Strong organizational and planning skills
