- Support CX strategy on behalf of the team for operational optimization
- Work closely with CX Partners, CX Experts and Project teams
- Be actively involved and initiate CX projects for improving customer satisfaction
- Support in customer journeys design and monitoring
- Maintaining reports and promote the feedback culture in design and deliverables
- Attend webinars or/and additional training following latest trends
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- University Degree required, in a related field such as Business or Marketing
- Working experience of 2 years minimum in similar position
- At least familiar with Customer Journey mapping methodology and CX related metrics
- Actively involved in social media, forums, blogs and following latest trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
