What you will do:
As the Customer Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
More specifically:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction indicators and analyzing data to improve service.
- Training and developing service teams to enhance efficiency and flexibility.
- Managing complaints and finding solutions with the goal of continuous improvement.
- Monitoring team performance, providing training, and offering guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Customer Experience, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Fluency in English (C1-C2 level) and Greek.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Proven leadership experience in managing customer service teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
