Job Description

• Plans, coordinates, and executes multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Segments customer data to develop personalized journeys based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
• Uses automation tools to deliver highly targeted, impactful campaigns that enhance the customer experience.
• Conducts A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and identify the most effective strategies.
• Analyzes campaign performance metrics and provides actionable recommendations to improve ROI and engagement.
• Partners with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging, relevant content for campaigns.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design promotions, incentives, and events that drive customer retention.
• Ensures quality assurance for all campaigns to maintain high standards and timely delivery.
• Stays ahead of the competition by conducting regular competitor analysis to inform new strategies.
• Takes ownership of Asana tasks to keep projects on track and ensure seamless execution.
Candidate Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional experience 1-2 years in CRM campaign management, ideally in the i-Gaming 
industry 
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Optimove or similar platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple 
campaigns and deadlines.
• A creative and innovative mindset for crafting campaigns that capture attention.
• Excellent communication skills to create compelling content and share results 
effectively.
