ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a Greek leading company with specialization in furniture and home manufacturing, is looking for a Cost Specialist.

📍 Working Model: On-site
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and Management to optimize the technical specifications of the produced recipes.
- Propose improvements in the production process and the overall organization of the warehouse.
- Analyze and monitor cost data such as standard/actual costs at regular intervals.
- Accounting monitoring of all intermediate stages of the production process.
- Accounting monitoring of company expenses.
- Plan and guide the conduct and processing of physical inventories.
- Control and monthly reconciliation of accounting with the warehouse-customers-suppliers subsystem.
- Provide reliable financial data and reports to the Company's Management.
- Participate in the creation of monthly and annual financial results and annual plans.
- Analyze and process profit margin reports.
- Process the Intracommunity & Intrastat summary table.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Economics.
- Experience in costing, preferably in an industrial company.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles (ELP & IFRS).
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and of the English language.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, organizational skills and methodical approach.
- Experience in team management.
