ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, an international construction and maintenance company with more than 40 years of experience in the field of complex industrial projects and fabrication of equipment with high specification process, is seeking for a Contract Manager to join the company based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

🖋️ You will be reporting to: Managing Director
What you will do:
As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for managing and administering contracts, including reviewing and negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and resolving any contractual disputes. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient contract delivery and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Experience in contract management and administration in EPC and EPF projects in the Oil & Gas sector
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and under tight deadlines
- Proficient in contract management verbiage and MS Office
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in the manufacturing, construction, or engineering industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)in Engineering, or Business Administration, Law, or related field

- Organizational skills that reflect ability to work independently and efficiently
