About the Role
A leading Energy provider in Greece is seeking a Business Analyst (FICA) to join its team. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and developing solutions that enhance customer experience and improve business process efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Analyze business requirements related to billing, collections, and payment settlements, designing appropriate solutions.
- Participate in digital transformation projects and process optimization for billing and collections workflows.
- Monitor and support accounting management systems and their integration with SAP.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and technology teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide user support and training on billing and collection system processes.
- Liaise with development and technology teams to implement solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for customer payment and collection processes.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant role (experience in Energy sector projects or large organizations)
- Experience in Finance and Contract Accounting (FICA) or similar fields is an asset.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes.
- Good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence or Data Analytics tools is nice to have
