Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company in the food retail industry (soon to be launched in Greece), for a professional to cover the following position:

Brand Manager 
JOB DESCRIPTION 
•Implement global brand strategies locally to enhance brand presence, market growth, and expansion 
•Lead brand campaigns from concept to execution, including digital, PR, and event activations, using data insights to optimize performance 
•Develop and manage a marketing calendar while ensuring efficient budget allocation to achieve maximum ROI 
•Work with the CCO and central marketing team to design promotional calendars, menu strategies, and pricing models 
•Track and evaluate brand initiatives with KPIs and data-driven insights, recommending optimizations for growth 
•Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and adapt strategies 
•Develop PR strategies and manage local store marketing efforts to increase visibility and consumer engagement 
•Collaborate with the eCommerce Manager and digital teams to achieve digital marketing targets 
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
•3 years in a relevant position within the food, retail, or FMCG industry 
•Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
•Experience building a multinational brand in the Greek market is a plus 
•Fluent in English 
•Strong knowledge of digital media and marketing analytics 
•Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking capabilities 
•Passionate, adaptable, and a strong team player, with good analytical and business acumen
