ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a Greek leading company with specialization in the manufacturing and distribution of sleep products, is looking for B2B Sales Representative.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
The purpose of the role is to grow the company's revenue by ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided, ensuring the business development.
More specifically:
- Identify and target potential business clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and efficient progression through each stage.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze competitors’ products and sales strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Address client queries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position in the sales sector.
- Experience in the hospitality or furniture or construction industries would be considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find effective solutions.
