🖋️ Reporting to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the position involve sales, client portfolio development, and management in Athens, Central Greece, Peloponnese, and Crete.
Specifically:
- Managing and expanding the client portfolio (Local Pet Shops, Vet Clinics)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Handling customer requests and taking orders
- Implementing the company’s commercial policies
- Achieving set sales targets
- Monitoring the market and competition
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus
- Good knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (ideally Softone)
- At least 2 years of experience in sales with related products (pet food, pet supplies)
- Driver’s license
- Good command of the English language (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Decision-making ability and initiative-taking
- Team spirit and consistency
- Negotiation skills
