ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a Greek company, specializing in the tourism sector, is looking for a Concierge/Assistant Manager.

📌 Location: Mykonos, Greece

📍 Working Model: On-site

🖋️You will be reporting to: Resort Manager

 

What you will do:  

 

The potential candidate should be adaptable and always available to provide personalized services, ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction through daily communication with clients, local public and private entities, and suppliers.

 

More specifically:

 

  • Providing information about local attractions, restaurants, shops, and other services.
  • Conducting market research and making reservations for restaurants, events, or transportation.
  • Handling special requests such as airline tickets, car, boat, or helicopter rentals.
  • Arranging transportation, purchases, pickups, or shipments of items.
  • Welcoming guests, conducting check-ins according to the resort’s standards
  • Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the property to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintaining daily communication with guests and resolving any issues or fulfilling requests.
  • Conducting check-outs and collecting guest feedback regarding their stay.
  • Monitoring the reservation system and updating all relevant parties to ensure timely execution of necessary actions.
  • Performing administrative tasks (end-of-day closing, invoice submission, document filing, internal movement updates, reports, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with online booking systems.
  • Proficiency in PMS PROTEL is a mandatory requirement.
  • Competence in computer use & ERP systems.
