ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a multinational Law Firm, is looking for an Assistant Manager.

🖋️You will be reporting to Managing Partner
What you will do:
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the firm’s Managing Partner and undertake delegation procedures on his account.
More specifically:
- Develop and lead the Legal Administration Services (executive, team, and personal assistants), receptionists, and office facilities functions
- Work closely with lawyers to monitor court hearings and legal cases’ outcomes
- Collaborate with the accounting department to monitor customers' outstanding debit notes
- Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and core values
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Perform staff assessment evaluations
- Resolve any customer problems/complaints in the most efficient, fast, and customer-friendly way
Requirements
- BA preferably in Economics and/or Business or any related field
- Native or bilingual English speaker (excellent writing and verbal abilities in both English and Greek)
- At least 5 years of working experience in a relevant position
- Able to use initiative and make suggestions to change processes where required
- Proactive nature, hardworking, well organized, able to structure and prioritize tasks
- Confident, resilient, and discrete, with the ability to respond quickly to requests, meet deadlines and liaise with stakeholders effectively
