ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a Greek leading company with specialization in furniture and home manufacturing, is looking for Area Sales Manager.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Retail Sales Director
Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to overseeing sales operations and performance within a specific geographical region.
More specifically:
- Motivates and ensures the achievement of the monthly sales targets of the store in their region.
- Participates in sales forecasting, setting, and revising sales targets for the retail network.
- Informs their team about new products, promotional activities, and commercial policies during discount periods.
- Prepares reports on the results of actions and financial outcomes in their region.
- Evaluates team efficiency, discusses, and suggests improvement actions.
- Ensures the necessary stock levels of products and promotional materials in the stores under their responsibility.
- Monitors the maintenance of statistical records of store visits, sales, and management.
- Monitors competition and informs with relevant reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position in the sales sector, particularly in fast-moving consumer goods.
- Experience in team management and store operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset.
