🖋️You will be reporting to: Management team
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be pivotal in supporting management and senior managers, ensuring seamless operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess will be instrumental in maintaining our office's efficiency.
More specifically:
- Act as primary liaison between executives and stakeholders.
- Manage incoming calls and company email.
- Coordinate couriers and post office tasks.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, with minute-taking as necessary.
- Assist in drafting and archiving customer contracts.
- Maintain contact lists and aid in office supply management.
- Oversee office cleaning and maintenance.
- Assist with travel arrangements and visitor support.
- Manage company events and social media.
- Provide support to sales team.
Requirements
- Proven administrative assistant experience at least 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong English communication skills.
- SAP/BW/BI knowledge preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
