🖋️You will be reporting to: Finance & Administration Director
Requirements
What you will do:
- Post and process SAP entries to ensure recording of all business transactions related to the OpEx & CapEx in the company's records.
- Recording daily transactions in current accounts, credit cards, and bank-related transactions.
- Preparation of monthly vendors and ad hoc internet banking payments ensuring correct approval has been obtained and that the payments are posted the next day in SAP.
- Process, post and reconcile monthly expense reports (Corporate Card) ensuring they are completed correctly and comply with the Travel & Expense Policy.
- Managing supplier accounts with balance reconciliation and comparison with the corresponding accounts.
- Active participation in projects for the automation of individual payments.
- Manage AP email inbox and proactively deal with queries and provide responses to our colleagues and suppliers. ·
- Assisting in the preparation of the monthly closing process and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles, in medium-sized companies (30-100 employees);
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package.
- Excellent knowledge of company management (SAP FI and CO)
- Knowledge of national accounting standards
