ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a company with a long-standing presence and experience in the motorcycle market, is looking for an Accounting Supervisor.

🖋️ Report to: CFO
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of procedures and operations for the proper functioning of the accounting department
- Ensuring proper management of accounting, tax and labor issues
- Checking balance sheets and commercial and accounting management agreements
- Daily control of accounts receivable - payable and cash reconciliation
- Preparation and signing of annual financial statements and submission of all tax returns
- Publication in the GEMI and drafting of the minutes of the management bodies
- Keeping and implementing the company's accounting plan
- Management of monthly and annual accounts and supervision of MyData
- Control of submissions of APA and ERGANI declarations
- Organization of financial data and record keeping
- Guidance on projects for modernization and automation of accounting procedures
- Cooperation with the commercial department to ensure compliance with commercial policy
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in industry
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of taxation, VAT and labour legislation
- Accountant's licence from the OEE Class A
- Use of ERP programs (Entersoft EBS)
- Good knowledge of English
- Excellent use of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Candidate's profile:
- Understanding and experience in managing the commercial operation and policy of a company
- Ability to prioritize and manage critical issues
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
