ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a dynamically growing company that provides services in the fields of Asset Management and Hospitality, is looking for an Accountant.

📌 Location: Athens, Attiki

🖋️You will be reporting to: Senior Accountant


Summary:
Responsible for hotel bookings, collections, entries and invoicing according to company procedures and rules.

What you will do:

  • Supervision and control of contracts with agents / concierges / clients / booking platforms regarding correct pricing.
  • Daily supervision and control of the hotel cash register in accordance with Group procedures.
  • Monitoring and control of collections and invoicing of reservations according to the defined price lists in Protel and in accordance with company procedures.
  • Entry in Protel of deposits related to advance payments / settlements.
  • Supervision of the control of advance bookings in Protel.
  • Daily monitoring and control of security deposit pre-bookings.
  • Monitoring and control of security deposit refunds in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitoring and control of e-payments related to hotel collections.
  • Control of hotel department collections via cards and reconciliation with GL.
  • Control of all additional charges beyond accommodation in the hotel department documents.
  • Client control of the hotel department regarding balances according to company procedures/rules.
  • Accounting entries of Group expenses.
  • Participation in projects (e.g., corporate procedures, development of applications in ERP).
  • Participation in physical inventories.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Accounting (University/Technical Institute).
  • Experience at least 4-5 years in hotel accounting.
  • Very good computer skills, MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Familiarity with the use of ERP systems / hotel management systems / Protel.
