ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of client, an authorized car dealer, is looking for an Accountant and Reporting Analyst.
📌 Location: Athens, Athens
🖋️You will be reporting to: Finance Director
Your daily activities will include, and you will be familiar with:
- Execution of all types of payments (suppliers, tax/social security obligations, payroll, etc.)
- Monitoring of collections and remittances
- Updating of the accounting system and reconciliation of bank transactions and credit cards with the accounting records
- Issuance, recording, and monitoring of checks
- Monitoring/management of cash flows and ensuring adequate liquidity for the Group
- Preparation of financial reports for management and other parties involved
- Recording of revenue, expense, and asset documentation
- Reconciliation & agreement of customer-supplier balances, fixed asset register, and warehouse inventory
- Control and reconciliation of My Data
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-4 years of experience (ideally in an accounting department in the automotive industry)
- Familiarity with banking procedures and transactions
- Excellent knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Knowledge of the accounting software (ERP) Incadea-Navision will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
