ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a Greek distributor, specialized in products and systems suitable for efficient troubleshooting, maintenance, and management of telecommunication, data networks & fiber optics, is in search of an Account Manager to join the Commercial team, in Athens, Greece.
The role reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
The job holder will be offering a complete range of test and measurement products, as well as operational support systems in electrical, electronic and telecommunications clients, assigned to him/her. Additionally, his/her responsibilities will include consulting, development of new business activities to existing clients, as well as actively seeking new sales opportunities in the area of activity.
More specifically he/she will be:
- Supervising and managing customer accounts, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Expanding the clientele and building strong relationships with the existing customers
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of the company's solutions, according to the needs and goals of client
- Working closely with Support Engineers on pre- and post-sales technical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales of electronics, telecommunications, or fiber optics with a preference for metering systems
- Alternatively, candidates with experience in installation/configuration in telecommunication equipment will also be considered in the recruitment process.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Pleasant personality and ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally.
- Ability to present and effectively negotiate about the company’s products & solutions.
